On faith, reputations and authorities in philosophy.
The article gives an analysis of the difference between the credit and authority in philosophy. The author looks into epistemology aspect (because credit and authority designate philosophical faith) and into social-cognitive aspect (within different forms of philosophical community organization: school, union, community group, chair, seminar, society related to philosophical tradition and philosopher's distinction).
